Return and Refund Policy for Furnoti

1. Return Eligibility
At Furnoti, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
Returns are accepted for any reason, including if you simply change your mind.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Please package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in its original condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products are non-returnable:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact our customer service before initiating a return.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If your return is rejected (e.g., damaged, used, incomplete returns), we will notify you via email.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photographs clearly showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to request that the defective or damaged item be returned to us before a refund or replacement is processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
