Shipping Policy for Furnoti


Effective Date: April 26, 2025

1. General Information
All orders placed through www.furnoti.com are subject to product availability and shipping capacity.
We ship worldwide and aim to deliver quality furniture to our customers in a timely and secure manner.

Handling time for all orders is 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Destination address

Size and weight of the ordered products

Chosen shipping method

Shipping costs will be clearly presented during the checkout process before final payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping option:

Latvia (domestic): 2–7 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide delivery.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Furnoti is not responsible for these charges.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs duties or import taxes applicable to their shipment.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@furnoti.com.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged:

Please document the damage with photographs immediately.

Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

Contact us within 7 days at support@furnoti.com so we can assist with the claim process.

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that claims for lost or delayed shipments must typically be filed within 30 days of the shipping date.

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

8. Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled.
